Maksimas Saveljevas is an experienced leader in corporate law, employment law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), B2B contract law, and regulatory legal teams. With over 29 years of experience as a legal practitioner -​ including more than 27 years specializing in M&A and over 20 years in legal project management - he has built a strong reputation in the field.

His expertise includes leading outbound investment transactions for clients in countries such as Latvia, Ukraine, Belarus, and beyond. Maksimas provides extensive advice on corporate and commercial law, B2B transactions, employment law, and legal solutions in the life sciences sector. Additionally, he advises on corporate restructuring matters, including complex group mergers and spin-offs, and has a well-established track record as an expert in pharmaceutical law.

Maksimas holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law and Legal Studies from Vilnius University. In addition to his legal practice, he is a sought-after speaker at business conferences, events, and webinars across the Baltics. He has authored and co-authored numerous articles in international publications.
