With more than 15 years of experience in legal project management, Indrė Kurtinaitytė is a highly skilled legal professional with a strong focus on corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Over the course of her career, she has successfully led the setup and development of a corporate secretarial service delivery platform at the Shared Service Center in Vilnius, ensuring seamless cooperation and communication among internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Her legal expertise is complemented by a unique ability to lead and coach managers of operational corporate teams, making her an invaluable asset in complex and fast-paced environments. She has played a key role in completing over 10 M&A transactions and has significantly contributed to the successful delivery of corporate services for major Private Equity and Real Estate fund clients, managing portfolios of up to 30 funds worldwide.

In addition to her transactional work, Indrė has been instrumental in securing the necessary licenses and permits for clients to operate in Lithuania’s financial sector. She has also contributed to strategic business planning, including resource allocation, infrastructure development, and the outsourcing of services to other global centers of excellence such as India − helping clients adapt to regulatory changes and business growth.

Indrė holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law from Mykolas Romeris University and a Bachelor’s degree in German Philology from Vilnius University. To further strengthen her leadership and interpersonal capabilities, she completed a psychology program at the Human Studies Center in Vilnius. She is fluent in English, German and Lithuanian.
