Ignė Rėklaitė advises local and international businesses in Corporate law, Contract and Labour law, as well as M&A.
Basically Ignė focuses on the incorporation of legal entities, management of liquidation, insolvency and restructuring proceedings. In addition, she provides legal advisory on corporate and group governance issues, assists in M&A transactions (including legal due diligence procedures, drafting of agreements, assisting in negotiations etc.).
She also deals with drafting, review, implementation, amendment and termination of employment contracts and other individual agreements, e.g. confidentiality, non-competition, etc., internal employment legislation (rules of procedure, internal rules and regulations on equality of opportunity policy, annual leave procedures and Data protection, etc.).
In 2012 Ignė graduated from Mykolas Romeris University, where she acquired Bachelor of Laws.
