Vilma Priluckytė is a highly experienced tax professional with over 15 years in direct and indirect taxation. She specializes in complex tax transactions, international tax planning and M&A tax due diligence. Her expertise covers VAT, customs, excise duties, corporate restructuring and compliance with evolving tax regulations.

Her career spans roles in private tax consulting, law firms and international audit firms, as well as public sector experience with the Vilnius County State Tax Inspectorate.

Vilma holds an LLM in International Business Law from Tilburg University, along with advanced certifications in international taxation and VAT/GST from IBFD and the University of London.

A lecturer on international taxation at Kaunas Technology University, she is also a member of the Lithuanian Tax Consultants Organization.
