Your Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze transfer pricing documentation (loans, services, distribution, etc.) in compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations
Collaborate with international companies and their finance and tax teams
Perform comparability analyses using databases such as TP Catalyst
Analyze Lithuanian and international transfer pricing legislation
Represent clients in preparing advance pricing agreements with tax authorities
Contribute to marketing activities, including preparing proposals and newsletters

What We Expect From You

At least 3 years of experience in transfer pricing or international taxation
A university degree in economics, finance, law, or accounting
Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines and local transfer pricing rules
Experience working with TP databases (e.g., TP Catalyst) and conducting comparability analyses
Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
High standards of responsibility, integrity, and ethics – trust and transparency are the foundation of our work
Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken); German is a significant advantage
