Rita Jodelienė manages and supervises the execution of audit engagements of various clients by relevant professional standards. She executes complex audit procedures and leads the team on the engagements. In addition, Rita coaches and develops audit team by sharing expertise and knowledge.

Rita’s professional expertise encompasses auditing annual and interim financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. She provides valuable advice on financial reporting and accounting in line with both International and Lithuanian Financial Reporting Standards. Additionally, Rita has substantial experience in auditing groups with subsidiaries in multiple countries, which has given her a solid understanding of cross-border operations. Her work with multinational teams has refined her ability to navigate diverse regulatory environments while maintaining a high standard of collaboration and efficiency.

She completed her doctoral dissertation on the topic of "Audit Risk Assessment Model" and was awarded a PhD in 2010.

Rita actively participates in the activities of the Lithuanian auditing profession: as a member / chairman of the Audit Committee of the Lithuanian Chamber of Auditors (from October 2008 to April 2011), as a member of the Ethics Committee (from December 2016 to the present day; a chairman of the Committee since December 2019), and as a member of the Translation Quality Oversight Committee of the International Auditing Standards since July 2022.

A member of the Lithuanian Chamber of Auditors since October 2007 and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since January 2018.
