Rödl & Partner’s Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager Kristupas Vaitiekūnas takes on Vice-Minister role

During his presence at Rödl & Partner, Kristupas played a significant role in shaping the company’s Transfer Pricing practice. He provided expert consultations on complex transfer pricing matters and was responsible for preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation. His work included conducting benchmarking analyses to establish and validate prices in transactions among related parties, as well as preparing transfer pricing policies and guidelines. Kristupas also supported clients during transfer pricing audits, assisting in resolving disputes and negotiating agreements with tax authorities. His work on Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) significantly benefited our clients, ensuring compliance and fostering constructive relationships with tax authorities.
