As the deadline for submitting annual financial statements draws near, our BPO experts kindly remind that legal entities with a financial year aligned with the calendar year must submit their reports to the Center of Registers by May 30.

Just would like to draw your attention that failing to submit on time − or submitting with significant delays − can seriously impact your organization’s reputation and reliability.

Potential consequences may include:

Ineligibility for state funding
Exclusion from public procurement procedures
Being liquidated at the initiative of the Center of Registers
Financial penalties (First violation: EUR 600– EUR 1,400; Repeated: EUR 2,000–EUR 6,000)
