Responsibilities:

• Participation in various legal projects in particular in a field of civil law, corporate law, M&A, energy law, labour law, etc.;
• Drafting agreements, legal consultations, memorandums and other legal documents;
• Assistance and support to attorneys-at-law with legal research, consultations, analysis of laws and court practice etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor and Master (or similar) degree in law (Final year students to be considered as well);
• Professional experience in law would be treated as a significant advantage;
• Good results in legal studies;
• Knowledge of civil law, corporate law, labour law;
• Knowledge of German language is essential;
• IT literacy (MS Office);
