Liudgardas Maculevičius

​Liudgardas Maculevičius provides extensive legal services related to contract law, labour law and real estate law. He also advises local and international clients on corporate law matters and supports in cross-border structuring.

In general, Mr. Maculevičius focuses on renewable energy, construction and investment law, including foreign direct investment, greenfield investments and cross-border M&A transactions.

Liudgardas has proven track record of negotiations and dispute settlement. Additionally, he represents local and international clients in court litigation and arbitration. Within his extensive legal practice, Liudgardas advised a number of leading companies, acting in renewable energy, environmental, IT, retail, agricultural sectors.

He acquired Bachelor of Law and Master of IP Law at Mykolas Romeris University. Later on, in 2011, Liudgardas gained Master of Law (LL.M.) at University of Konstanz (Germany).

Additionally, Liudgardas is an author of numerous articles in local and international publications. He periodically delivers presentations in public events, such as conferences, seminars and congresses.
