Attorney (Senior Lawyer) wanted!

Rödl & Partner Lithuania is looking for an Attorney (Senior Lawyer) with a strong record of accomplishment in corporate law.

In this position you will:

• Work closely with your clients and colleagues on corporate and foreign direct investment projects;
• Review, draft and negotiate a range of corporate documents with our clients and other stakeholders;
• Take charge of assigned legal issues wherever your clients need you.

Requirements:

• An attorney or senior lawyer with 7+ years of experience in a law firm;
• A strong client portfolio of Lithuanian and/or international clients;
• A solid background in corporate law;
• Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English;
• Excellent negotiation skills;
• Excellent IT literacy.
