Conference “Modern business: social responsible approach towards the employees“

Rödl & Partner Lithuania in cooperation with the Lithuanian Business Confederation and Mykolas Romeris University hosted a conference “Modern business: social responsible approach towards the employees.”

Amongst other speakers, our colleague Marijus Šaras gave a presentation on the changes of employee-employer relations in a face of the pandemic.

Marijus overviewed the main points of the following sub-topics:

• Key amendments in employment legislation in a face of the pandemic;
• Employer's and Employee's rights and obligations. Any news?

In addition, Marijus participated in a joint discussion on the CSR role and legal regulations.​
