Eglė Pinaitė

​Eglė Pinaitė consults local and international clients regarding food, cosmetics, medical devices, pharmaceutical products and related activities legalization. Labelling, registration, notification, approval management in EU and non-EU countries are also relevant areas under Eglė‘s expertise. She focuses on both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and advises businesses on general corporate law matters, including incorporation, reorganization and liquidation. Additionally, Eglė provides extensive legal services related to public procurement law, commercial law, contract law and company law.

Eglė graduated from Mykolas Romeris University (MRU), where she acquired Bachelor of laws  and Master of laws (Business law specialization).

Within her professional practice, Eglė has drafted publications and delivered presntations on the topics of  food law, employment law, labelling, public procurement law, etc.
